Gold Products (Without Diamonds)

 

• Return & Exchange Period: You have 3 days to return or exchange any gold products (without diamonds).

• The product must be returned in its original condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact.

 

Diamond Products

 

• Return & Exchange Period: For diamond jewelry, we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy.

• The item must be returned in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

 

Exchanges

 

• If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, this can be done within the respective 3-day or 14-day window depending on the product type (gold or diamond).

 

Refunds

 

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
